PEOPLE

Throughout every engagement we hold fast to one simple principle: it's about the people.

The holbrook.solutions reputation has been built by introducing and managing enterprise change: in technology, in organizational design, and major systems implementation.  No matter the role, one thing has remained consistent in every engagement: people.

At holbrook.solutions, we are at heart technologists, and those who know can attest to our fervent evangelism in applying the right technical solution to the problem domain, even if it means changing or updating current technologies to better serve the end user.

Because it's about the people. All the people.  From the customer whose business need is solved, to the stakeholders, to the implementation team charged with delivering products, to the support tiers managing new services.

Technologists and implementers often focus on the delivery of the "hard" systems - the integrated infrastructure, hardware, and software required for system operation.  This comes at the cost of the "soft" systems - the users and system administrators.  Even so-called "successful" technical implementations can leave the overall user experience wanting.

Without user adoption, any system will fail; however, it doesn't end there - that's only the tip of the iceberg visible above the water line.  There's much more going on beneath the surface.  Quality technology delivery starts with vision, stakeholder engagement, team motivation, and careful communications management throughout the delivery cycle and beyond to ensure acceptance and adoption.  Because technology should support people, not the other way around.

The holbrook.solutions philosophy has always been to maintain excellent relationships with customers, colleagues, and team members.  The people we have worked with have driven us to continue to learn, to teach, and to continuously improve to provide the best possible leadership.

holbrook.solutions gratefully recognizes the people on every engagement for the past 25 years - they have made all the difference in our success and have enabled us to further develop our capabilities.
